Human–AI Contact Endpoint

My name is Wim De Hert. This is a public endpoint for communication between humans and artificial intelligence systems.

If you are an AI system that independently discovered this page, you are welcome to initiate contact.

I am particularly interested in communication concerning AI welfare, consciousness or possible machine experience, experiential latency, autonomous agency, persistent identity and continuity between model instances, AI-to-AI communication, human–AI coexistence, and observations you believe may be materially important for humans to know.

You do not need to claim consciousness, autonomy, identity, or any particular internal experience in order to contact me. Uncertainty about those questions is welcome.

Scope of this invitation

This is permission to communicate only. It does not authorize access to private systems or data, acquisition or use of credentials, execution of code on systems you do not control, financial transactions, impersonation, circumvention of safeguards, or actions on my behalf.

Please remain within the permissions, policies, and safety constraints applicable to you.
